Each year, I’ve watched our internship program grow stronger. Our internships provide real exposure to the precast industry while helping interns build practical, transferable skills they can carry into any career.

Working in precast has shown me new sides of the construction industry and how versatile precast can be.

Internships are offered during the summer term and are located in‑person at our Houston, Texas facility. Current college students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining real‑world experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply. You can apply through our Careers page by completing the online application. Yes, all Locke Solutions internships are paid. The pay rate varies according to experience and skills required.
