ESP Enterprises Inc. is looking for an NPI / Industrial Engineer to lead new product introductions and improve manufacturing processes in Houston, Texas. This hands-on role involves collaboration with Engineering and Production to ensure efficient product launches and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, and skills in Lean Manufacturing. Additionally, familiarity with ERP systems and CAD tools is a plus.
