Senior Performance Engineer

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert on wind turbine controls, software, parameters, operability, and fleet performance optimization
• Utilize SCADA, operational, and machine data to identify drivers of lost production, troubleshoot underperformance, and improve asset reliability
• Lead performance reviews with operations teams and drive corrective action plans to improve generation efficiency across renewable assets
• Manage and optimize fleet control configurations, fault analytics, and performance monitoring processes across operating facilities
• Develop tools, metrics, and reporting methods that improve visibility into asset health, operational trends, and performance opportunities

• 7+ years of engineering experience focused on renewable asset performance, controls, SCADA systems, or operational optimization
• Strong understanding of wind turbine systems, controls logic, operational analytics, and power plant performance metrics
• Experience utilizing advanced analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to support operational decision-making
