Roles and Responsibilities
* Participate in K ’s DoD Skill Bridge Internship program during your last 180 days of active duty.
* Gain hands-on experience in engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.
* Work alongside industry professionals on projects supporting defense and space programs.
* Learn K  processes, tools, and systems relevant to your chosen career path.
* Engage in mentorship and networking opportunities to prepare for civilian employment.
* Support mission-critical tasks that enhance warfighter readiness and operational success.

Basic Qualifications
* Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation
* Command approval for DoD Skill Bridge participation
* Ability to commit to the duration of the internship program
* Interest in transitioning to a civilian career in engineering, IT, logistics, or business operations

Preferred Qualifications
* Existing Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (many roles require clearance)
* Technical certifications or relevant military occupational specialty experience
* Familiarity with engineering, cybersecurity, or logistics systems
* Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
