Odyssey Space Research, LLC has an opportunity for a full-time experienced Aerospace Engineer to support our continued growth in the Houston, TX (and Boulder, CO) area. Qualified candidates will be innovative, analytical, and excited to further space exploration through their work on practical and impactful projects. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in:

• Astrodynamics
• Python/Matlab

We are seeking exceptional individuals of all skill levels with a strong desire to further space exploration, regardless of background.

• U.S. Citizen (or Permanent Resident) is required due to the nature of the work
• BS/MS/PhD in Aerospace or similar degrees from accredited universities

• Experience using mission design software like Copernicus, STK, GMAT, and Free Flyer
• Interplanetary mission design
• Control Theory
• Uncertainty Quantification
• Numerical Optimization
• Statistical Orbit Determination
• Experience in supporting NASA and other government sector contracts
