As a Senior Advanced Application/System Sales Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving growth for LST. Your deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen will enable you to craft compelling value propositions that unlock innovative solutions for our customers. In this role you will engage with a broad set of stakeholders—including business leaders, sales teams, technical services, legal, and marketing—to ensure customer value, internal alignment, and profitable growth.

- 5 or more years of transferrable experience in sales engineering roles with a focus on advanced applications and systems.
- Technical experience in application and systems engineering with proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Experience with customer relationship management, business development, and solution selling in complex technical environments.
- Industry‑specific experience with software tools and technologies relevant to application and system sales engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Reforming and/or Isomerization Technologies experience.
- Dynamic and self‑motivated individuals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Innovative and eager to learn.
- Curious individuals who are open to exploring new business opportunities.
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $187,000. This figure is a general guideline;
Honeywell considers multiple factors when extending an offer, including the scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
