Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is a leading US based provider of construction assurance, testing and inspection in civil and commercial construction. Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.

The Environmental Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Environmental department in all services including Phase I/II ESA’s, asbestos surveys, lead‑based paint survey, UST/LUST assessments, site remediation, soil/groundwater sampling and more. This person will complete fieldwork as well as work on technical reports and proposals. This position will travel up to 20% of the time depending on project load/location.

Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)

• Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs)
• Perform soil and groundwater sampling
• Assist in assessment and remediation and field observation documentation
• Perform industrial hygiene services to include assisting with asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports
• Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
• Ability to self‑manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
• Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationships with clients

• BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
• 2+ years of proven technical environmental consulting with Phase I ESAs and/or Asbestos Inspection experience
• Must be able to perform tasks in varying field/office conditions
• Must be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to one’s discipline
• Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving record (required)
