Job Duties- Under broad direction, is responsible for driving sales in the subsurface domain by understanding and addressing customer challenges with Landmark’s geosciences solutions.
- This is a senior-level role in geosciences solution sales, including but not limited to disciplines such as geophysics, geology, petrophysics, earth modelling, and other similar areas of expertise.
- Primary focus is to act as a Subject Matter Expert and apply technical qualifications, skills and experience to identify opportunities, map solutions to customer needs, deliver technical product/solution presentations, demos and lead Proof-of-Value projects to demonstrate solution value and grow sales.
- Collaborates with sales representatives and other internal & external stakeholders to create technical proposals and drive deal closures.
- Develops and maintains key customer relationships, and actively contributes to day‑to‑day execution of Landmark’s strategy in the subsurface domain in the assigned geography.
- Demonstrates thought leadership through industry events, Tech Days, technical publications, workshops and webinars.
- Provides market and customer feedback to aid subsurface product/solution innovation, and shares knowledge and experience with the broader Landmark organization.
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in geosciences, or similar discipline, and a minimum 8 years of experience in the energy software industry or equivalent.
