Senior planner

Immediate need for a talented Senior Planner
. This is a 12 Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $70-$75 hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Must have skills: Planner, scheduling, Primavera
• Sr level planner that has exp working in primavera on major construction projects (10-15 years min)
• Project should be over a billing dollar
• Worked schedule, risk, resource loading, analysis
• 1st qualifier- larger project experience- build and maintain schedule on large construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree is not required
• Commissioning exp is a plus
• Like petro chemical, refining exp, industrial gases exp will be also beneficial.
• There will be Safety training and PPE that will be required before the start.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Vast experience working as a planning/scheduling engineer or project controls specialist in EPC mega projects in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, and industrial gases industries.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Proven experience in the application of project management principles and techniques, including schedule development, resource management, earned value management, and risk management/analysis.
• Experience using Deltek Acumen is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
