Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $115,000 - $160,0000 plus discretionary bonus opportunity

Senior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects from concept through completion
- Perform and review structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, timber, and foundation systems
- Develop project scopes, technical specifications, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
- Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering and drafting teams
- Review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate design activities with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct site visits, field investigations, inspections, and condition assessments as required
- Support rehabilitation, modification, and improvement projects for existing facilities and structures
- Resolve technical challenges through engineering analysis and practical problem-solving
- Participate in project proposals, contract negotiations, budgeting, and client development activities
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and support project cost evaluations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Strong technical knowledge of structural design principles and engineering practices
- Proven project management and team leadership experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines
- Experience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 6 years of civil and structural engineering experience
- Experience managing engineering projects and leading technical teams
- Experience with site development, structural systems, foundations, drainage, transportation, industrial, municipal, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Ability to satisfy requirements for government, industrial, or regulated projects as needed
- TWIC card or the ability to obtain one preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by project needs
