Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the design of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare engineering plans, specifications, calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Develop and review engineering drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Serve as a technical resource and primary point of contact for clients throughout project life cycles.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, contractors, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to collect field data and support project execution.
  • Assist with project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and client communications.
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
Qualifications
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience, preferably focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles, permitting processes, and municipal project delivery.
  • Experience working directly with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, hands‑on environment.
