Our digital capabilities are growing within the Production Solutions segment within Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE). This portfolio of solutions, including the Leucipa Automated Field Production Solution, drives performance across a wide range of activities – from analyzing and optimizing artificial lift systems, to planning and executing field activities, to flow assurance and chemical optimization. The PS portfolio of digital solutions is growing, delivering value, and integrating into broader ecosystems both at our customers and within Baker Hughes’ digital portfolio.

The digital Solutions Architect organization is the key element to successful opportunity identification, qualification, and execution. Providing the technical expertise to understand the customer’s current state and future state, and to identify the Baker Hughes portfolio solutions that can be deployed to deliver the desired outcome.

Responsibilities
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements, integrating existing systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Coordinate between Product, Implementation, and Sales teams to define and generate technical proposals.
  • Lead functional design specification activities with clients to efficiently define and confirm technical deliverables.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative and forward‑thinking solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical concepts and demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions.
  • Work with customers, sales resources, and technical experts to create impactful product demonstration capabilities.
  • Participate in the prioritization and planning of implementation activities in the region.
  • Communicate key opportunity details to a wide range of audiences – both commercial and technical, internal and external, from user level to executive.
  • Lead initiatives and projects of large scope and impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Digital Oil Field projects.
  • Proven ability to influence others and work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Direct experience overcoming the technical challenges associated with software deployment and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in oilfield completions, well intervention, or downhole monitoring technology.
  • Passion for solving complex customer challenges.
  • Desire to be a thought leader and champion internally and externally.
  • Strong sales process understanding and management (pipeline and territory management, customer prioritization and engagement, etc.).
  • Ability to show and deliver value to the customer.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Effective problem identification and solutioning skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
