Position OverviewAdvantage Interests and its subsidiary Eagle Fire are looking for a motivated, entry-level candidate ready to begin a career in fire sprinkler system design. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with hands‑on training provided by an established and respected fire protection company. We are investing in the right person — someone eager to learn the trade, grow within the Eagle Fire team, and develop into a skilled designer over time.
Responsibilities- Learn and assist in the design and layout of automatic fire sprinkler systems
- Support senior designers with drawings, calculations, and submittal preparation
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise system layouts under supervision
- Assist with material lists, documentation, and project coordination tasks
- Follow NFPA standards and company procedures with guidance from senior staff
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AutoCAD training, coursework, or certification of any kind
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Genuine interest in fire sprinkler design, engineering, and hydraulic calculations
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Fire sprinkler field installation experience (any level)
- AutoCAD skills combined with field knowledge of sprinkler systems
- Exposure to mechanical or engineering drafting concepts
