* Collect required data and assist in the preparation of documents and applications to obtain required permits, including air, wetlands, NPDES, and DOT permits.
* Coordinate preparation and implementation of SPCC Plans.
* Support and develop ongoing improvements of environmental systems including database systems and processes.
* Highly skilled within databases with the ability to gather, verify and format data in multiple systems is preferred.
* Assist in safety and environmental inspections.
* Assist in maintaining response plans.
* Assist operations personnel in implementation of safety and environmental stewardship practices for the division.
* Assist in regulatory notifications.
* Assist with preparation and distribution of incident summaries.
* Assist with processing invoices and check requests.
* Willing to travel up to 20%.
