Schedule:
Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote (Every Other Friday Off)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support early-phase development and cost estimating activities for major offshore Oil & Gas capital projects. This role will lead project cost estimating, budgeting, contractor estimate validation, risk analysis, and cost assurance activities for complex upstream and downstream projects.
Qualifications- 10+ years of estimating and/or project controls experience
- Offshore Oil & Gas project experience required
- Experience with early-phase/conceptual project estimating
- Strong knowledge of cost engineering, budgeting, contingency planning, and risk analysis
- Experience reviewing contractor estimates and supporting project funding decisions
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Passport required and ability to obtain TWIC
- QUESTOR (Questor) software experience
- Upstream, offshore, exploration, or new country entry project experience
- Project Controls, Scheduling, or Cost Engineering background
