  • Partner with outside legal counsel to ensure swift contract negotiations and execution.
  • Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, manage change orders, and resolve disputes; conduct audits and direct corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and presentations on contract status, project risks, costs, and milestones for C-suite review and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPCM, NCMA) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in contract analysis/management, with at least 3-5 years in energy, oil/gas, or large construction projects.

  • Financial acumen to understand, analyze, and report on contract cash flow scenarios and risks.
  • Experience with EPC contract drafting, negotiation, and execution for large scale Mega Projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication for executive briefings and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in contract management software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
