Responsibilities:
Coordinate development projects from concept through completion, integrating civil engineering, architectural design, and planning principles.
Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and oversees zoning approvals, land use entitlements, and permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Review site plans, construction documents, and project specifications for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Support healthcare facility development, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., life safety, accessibility, and health codes).Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence for new developments or expansions.
Coordinate infrastructure planning, including utilities, drainage, transportation access, and environmental considerations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Identify risks and provide strategic solutions related to zoning, permitting, and construction constraints.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in development planning, civil engineering, or project coordination.
Hands-on experience with permitting, zoning regulations, and land development processes.
Experience supporting healthcare or regulated facility projects strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, site development, and infrastructure planning.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with local and state regulatory agencies and approval processes.
Professional licensure (PE, AICP, RA) is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
Based in a mix of field, remote, and office settings, it may require travel to regional project sites.
Must be available to respond to urgent issues during off-hours as needed.
Travel 30%, in office 70%
