Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Wireless Telecom Practice Leader to drive both technical execution and business growth within the Houston market.

This role is built for someone who brings deep wireless design expertise (5G / DAS / small cell) and can actively generate business through existing client relationships
.

This is not a delivery-only PM role — we need someone who can lead, sell, and grow the practice.

• Lead and grow a wireless telecom design practice (no fiber focus)
• Drive business development through existing relationships with carriers, OEMs, or telecom clients
• Identify and win new projects across:
• Small cell networks
• Oversee wireless network design and engineering efforts
  , including site planning, RF considerations, and deployment strategy
• Serve as a client-facing leader
  , owning relationships and expanding accounts
• Mentor and lead wireless design / engineering teams
• Support proposals, pricing, and client solutioning
• Partner internally to scale delivery once work is won

• 8–12+ years of experience in wireless telecom design/engineering
• Strong background in wireless network architecture, planning, and deployment
• Hands‑on experience with:
• 5G / LTE
• DAS systems
• Proven experience in business development or client growth
• Existing relationships within the Houston wireless telecom market
• Experience leading projects or programs in telecom environments
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
