We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Enginee r who thrives on solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role perfect for someone who is passionate about process optimization, continuous improvement, and bringing new products to life.
Responsibilities- Provide daily engineering support to the production floor, ensuring smooth, high-quality manufacturing operations
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implementing long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—from R&D handoff to full-scale production
- Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for equipment and process validation.
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance cycle time, yield, and scrap rate
- Conduct statistical analysis, capability studies, and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing, and statistical analysis
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation
- Knowledge of Solid Works and ISO standards
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Desire to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
