We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Enginee r who thrives on solving complex problems, driving efficiency, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role perfect for someone who is passionate about process optimization, continuous improvement, and bringing new products to life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily engineering support to the production floor, ensuring smooth, high-quality manufacturing operations
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implementing long-term, sustainable solutions.
  • Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts—from R&D handoff to full-scale production
  • Develop and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for equipment and process validation.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance cycle time, yield, and scrap rate
  • Conduct statistical analysis, capability studies, and data-driven decision-making to support operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing, and statistical analysis
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation
  • Knowledge of Solid Works and ISO standards
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Desire to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
