Our Bently Nevada Services team performs installations, configurations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training on Bently Nevada hardware and software systems that protect and monitor a wide range of rotating machinery across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals, Pulp & Paper, and other process industries.
The Services Experienced Professional – Commissioning supports the successful execution of field service operations by delivering high‑quality installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at customer sites. This role ensures that systems are deployed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
Responsibilities- Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software products and solutions at customer locations.
- Ensuring service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Supporting Site Leads in project execution and maintaining accurate installation and commissioning documentation.
- Identifying issues proactively and taking initiative to resolve them to ensure project and service success.
- Completing service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Driving customer satisfaction through quality execution and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, or engineering technology.
- Have experience using hand tools and working with machinery in a production or industrial environment.
- Have strong technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction experience.
- Have basic hands‑on experience with networking components (routers, Ethernet cables, switches, etc.).
- Have to be able to travel up to 80% of the time, including short‑notice assignments during peak seasons.
