Sr. Engineer CI Excellence – Remote

This position requires up to 50% US and International Travel.

• Work side‑by‑side with manufacturing leaders to lead operational improvement work streams that require developing a workstream charter, problem‑solving, data analytics, a detailed work plan, and identifying operational and financial KPIs to measure progress of improvement actions.
• Solve complex problems at the macro level as well as at the line level for the broader global manufacturing team.
• Gain experience to understand operational KPIs to determine appropriate responses to close gaps.
• Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5S, Visual‑Management, SMED, Poka‑Yoke, PDCA, TPM, etc.
• Coach and build the capabilities of shop floor‑based personnel, including makers, supervisors, and managers, in new ways of working and problem‑solving.
• Support codification of any newly developed approaches, methodologies, and results as part of the SPX program to standardize ways in manufacturing sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in consumer goods or similar.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, analytics skills, and strategy experience are a big plus.
• Lean / CI methodologies experience in operations with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement certification.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; global and domestic travel % may vary based on business needs.
