This role is with a well-established and design-focused structural engineering firm is known for its deep expertise in tilt-up construction and commitment to precision and collaboration. This role is ideal for an experienced BIM professional who enjoys bringing structures to life in Revit and thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment. The BIM Designer will be responsible for developing and coordinating structural construction documents, while ensuring alignment with architectural, MEP, and project engineering input.

The Ideal Experience:

· 5+ years of structural drafting experience related to building design

· Proficient in Revit Structure and AutoCAD (Revit skills may be tested)

· Associate degree in Drafting and Design (architecture/structures emphasis preferred)

· Experience detailing in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures

· Familiarity with tilt-up construction is a strong plus

Typical Responsibilities:

· Produce complete, accurate construction documents using Revit Structure

· Develop and maintain Revit families, detail libraries, and drafting tools

· Incorporate markups and design revisions from the project engineer

· Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve conflicts

· Assist with RFIs, change orders, and construction administration when needed

· Attend coordination meetings and manage timelines across multiple projects

· Analyze sketches and notes to create accurate drawings with minimal oversight
