Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our group of civil engineers in the Central region of the US. In this role, you will join multi‑disciplined teams in the planning, design and construction engineering site‑development projects for a wide range of municipal and private clients.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of site plans, technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and permit applications for projects.
- Develop land development plans and attend municipal meetings.
- Design linear infrastructure (piping, force mains, drainage) for various sites.
- Navigate local, county, and state regulations and permitting requirements.
- Provide mentorship and develop junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred or the ability to file for licensure within one year.
- 5–10 years of project experience in land development, specifically around linear infrastructure; experience in multiple states is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineering modelling software including HydroCAD, SewerGEMS, HEC‑RAS.
- Knowledge of engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to work closely with CAD professionals.
- Experience with presentations at zoning hearings and other public meetings.
