Job Opportunity
Duration: 6+ months contract, with potential conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need. Location Type:

- Phoenix, AZ (specify worker location on submittal). Compensation Range: $40- $46/HR. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are made available after 90 days. There are no additional benefits provided during the contract period (no PTO, no paid holidays, etc.).
Skills:
Must have Civil3D experience along with Microstation and Bentley Openplant Modeler.
This opportunity with Client offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams within the Power Providers Market Sector, supporting Advanced Power Generation (APG) projects and building critical infrastructure for today's and tomorrow's challenges. Civil professionals contribute to site development efforts, including grading and drainage, erosion control, roadways, fencing, and underground utilities. The Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) Staff Engineering Technician plays a key role in supporting the development of high-quality engineering deliverables for these complex infrastructure projects.
DescriptionUnder general supervision, this position performs technical tasks requiring advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a focus on creating and modifying site development plans using advanced techniques in industry-standard design tools, such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley Micro Station, and Bentley Open Plant Modeler.

Education:
Diploma or Certificate required. Associate or Bachelors Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred. Typically a minimum of 5 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
