Structural Designer - Primoris Pipeline

Primoris Pipeline (Midstream Engineering) is seeking a Senior-level Structural Designer to join our office in Houston, TX. Successful candidates will have 8+ years of experience with the latest civil/structural design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and CADWorx Structure Hexagon PPM. Candidate should be familiar with 2D/3D CAD fundamentals and be willing to take ownership of their work.

• Create grading models and plans using Civil 3D software.
• Run cut and fill analysis and produce material lists based on site-specific soil conditions.
• Create platforms, supports, and structures using CADWorx Structure.
• Work closely with the engineering team and coordinate with other disciplines throughout the duration of projects.
• Be familiar with OSHA regulations and PIP standards.
• Work with external vendors to ensure all drawings align with equipment and technical documentation.
• Maintain records of revisions and markups throughout the scope of the project.

• 8 to 15 years of experience working as a Structural Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorx Structure.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling using a variety of AutoCAD applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
