Salary - Negotiable, Based On Experience

We seek a highly motivated and skilled water/wastewater Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will manage a wide variety of water and wastewater treatment, pumping, and collection systems projects, and lead a team to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities
  • Superior civil engineering design knowledge, skills and oversight, for water and wastewater projects (i.e. wastewater treatment plants, transmission and collection systems, lift station, water plants, and associated systems)
  • Clearly define and facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables to clients and employees
  • Manage project budget, resource allocation, design, quality, timelines, and team from conception to completion
  • Review all plans, specifications, and work product before submittal to clients
  • Meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring accurate, complete, and timely communication and work product
  • Submit monthly billing on time with A/R follow up if necessary
  • Oversee and manage a design and delivery team
  • Nurtures client relationships while contributing to new client business development efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering from an accredited four‑year college or university
  • P.E. Certification or actively pursuing is preferred
  • 10+ years in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong proficiencies in using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Prior experience managing staff through project assignments, professional development, and skills development
  • Prior experience with communicating with clients, city staff, and/or department of transportation employees
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at one time
  • Able to set and meet both internal and client deadlines
