Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently works and cohesively blends into the Company workforce. Follows the company standards. Able to coordinate with other disciplines, gets along with others.
- Able to manage your own workload schedule without any supervision.
- Construction Administration
- Project drawing set‑up
- Field investigations
- Picking up red marks
- Fixture knowledge. Able to create a fixture design book for client review.
- Plumbing Specification writing
- Plumbing schematics, one‑line riser diagrams.
- Domestic Hot Water return loop design.
- Medical Gas system design.
- Domestic water, waste and vent systems sizing, layout, design.
- Self‑directed and motivated worker. Works even when the boss is not looking.
- 2D AutoCAD drawing.
- 3D Revit model drawing.
- 10+ years experience in plumbing design and understanding of commercial-type plumbing systems.
- PE a plus, not required.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
- AutoCAD and/or Revit experience.
- Field experience/knowledge required. Able to visit and walk existing project sites for renovation projects. Analyze existing conditions. Identify systems in the field.
