KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced project leader to establish and manage utility-scale Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and Solar PV projects in Texas. You will build the project execution framework from the ground up, leading all aspects of development, permitting, engineering, procurement, and construction.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience, particularly in greenfield projects, and a strong background in EPC execution and contract management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management is required.
Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000, including bonuses and incentives.
