Commissioning Supervisor

Job Summary:

At Eosol we are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Commissioning Supervisor to lead and coordinate commissioning activities for industrial, power, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that systems and equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute commissioning activities in accordance with approved procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and handover.
• Review and validate commissioning procedures, checklists, and test documentation.
• Oversee functional tests, equipment energization, loop checks, and performance verification.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly commissioning reports, and communicate status to project management.
• Supervise and guide commissioning technicians and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project standards and timelines.
• Participate in final inspections, system handovers, and documentation of as‑built and test records.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to client operations and maintenance personnel.
