We are seeking an experienced geothermal geochemist to support geothermal reservoir characterization and monitoring, with a focus on high‑temperature Enhanced Geothermal Systems (EGS). This role emphasizes analysis of geothermal fluids and gases to understand fluid evolution, fracture connectivity, reservoir stimulation response, fluid‑rock interaction, scaling, and corrosion risks, ultimately developing and recommending mitigation strategies.

Designing and executing field operations and sampling campaigns for surface and downhole fluid collection, establishing robust laboratory sampling and analysis protocols, integrating geochemical data with pressure‑temperature‑flow records, and working closely with drilling, reservoir, and stimulation engineering teams to integrate geochemical insights into geothermal reservoir development and field operations.

· Minimum Master’s, PhD a plus, in Geochemistry, Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related discipline.

· In-depth knowledge and experience in geothermal geochemistry, particularly in high‑temperature reservoirs.

· Expertise in applying geochemical interpretation to evaluate reservoir behavior, including fluid‑rock interaction, EGS fracture connectivity, stimulation effectiveness, and scaling and corrosion risk mitigation.

· Experience contributing geochemical insights to multidisciplinary geothermal reservoir studies, including preparation of regulatory, operational, and technical reports and coordination with external laboratories and vendors.

· Proficiency in geochemical analysis techniques, including water and gas chemistry, isotopic analysis, numerical geochemical modeling, and high‑temperature fluid‑rock interaction studies.

· Experience integrating geochemical data with reservoir pressure‑temperature‑flow measurements and monitoring data to support reservoir simulation and management.
