A postdoctoral associate position is available in Dr. Rifai’s Groupat the University of Houston for multiple funded projects. The research projects target environmental fate and transport in the environment via laboratory experiments and field monitoring and modeling. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in environmentalengineering/water resources, chemical engineering, or relatedscience fields including biology. Strong communication skills andability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment are required.

MQ:
Requires singular knowledge of a specialized advanced professional discipline or the highest level of general business knowledge, normally acquired through attainment of a directlyjob-related terminal degree or equivalent formal training in arecognized field of specialization that is directly related to thetype of work being performed. No experience is required.
