Working in the Neuromodulation R&D group, interns will work on engineering aspects of medical devices that will become real products and help patients around the world. • Robust engineering design and methodology for product development
• Development of test fixtures, protocols, and reliability testing
• Establish best practices and methodologies on how designs are documented and communicated
• Technical communication with various functional teams in product development

• Learn about all parts of the medical device development cycle under one roof – from initial prototyping to all the way to final manufacturing
• Carve your own path and develop the skills you want with one-on-one mentoring from experienced engineers
• Build products that change lives – our neuromodulator improves patient outcomes and quality of life for those affected with epilepsy

• Actively pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
• Previous Solid Works or other 3D modeling experience
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

• Expected dates of internship: 5/18/24 - 8/7/24
• Pay: $28/hr
• Onsite/hybrid at our office in Clear Lake (Southeast Houston, TX)
