This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, technically driven, and eager to grow within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:
Support project managers with the execution and coordination of HVAC, mechanical, and industrial projects.
Assist with reviewing project drawings, specifications, submittals, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate equipment procurement, material deliveries, and project schedules.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and assist with reporting project status updates.
Collaborate with engineering, controls, field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to support project success.
Assist with RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project closeout documentation.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination activities as needed.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking efforts.
Ensure project activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
Provide technical and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of project engineering, mechanical, HVAC, or construction-related experience preferred.
Experience with commercial HVAC, industrial systems, or mechanical construction projects is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, or project management software preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Preferred
Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC systems, piping systems, controls, or mechanical equipment.
Experience supporting design-build or turnkey projects.
Familiarity with project scheduling, procurement, and construction coordination.
Understanding engineering drawings and technical specifications.
