# Project Overview:

Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility - a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success.

The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Job Summary:

In this role, you will participate in the design and preparation of construction drawings, project schedules, graphic presentations and Plant Design and Piping (PD&P) drawings. You will originate basic deliverables and documents and verify compliance of pipe configurations and manufacturers' drawings. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring PD&P design meets industry best practices and compliance standards.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. LI-AM3

# Major Responsibilities:

+ Plans plant and piping layouts and prepares detailed plant and piping designs and drawings for structures (e.g. load sketches and/or orientation and elevation drawings) and portions of major plants​

+ Prepares plant design and piping designs and construction drawings using 2-D / 3-D computer aided design (CAD), presentation graphics and plant design models and codes​

+ Examines and analyzes pipe configurations for ANSI/ASME code compliance​

+ Optimizes facility layout based on piping and instrument diagrams, client requirements, current technology, and operational and maintenance requirements​

+ Participates in reviews and recommends approval of design drawings and data for compliance with requirements​

+ Prepares procurement and subcontract requisition documents and performs associated technical bid evaluations with award recommendations​

+ Participates in studies that require knowledge of principles and techniques commonly employed in plant design and piping work​

+ Examines and analyzes pipe configurations for ANSI/ASME code compliance​

+ Optimizes facility layout based on piping and instrument diagrams, client requirements, current technology, and operational and maintenance requirements​
