* Experience serving as a primary client-facing technical resource, managing client relationships, and communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams through strong verbal, written, and technical reporting skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead projects with limited oversight, direct and mentor staff, and apply strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Understanding of industrial manufacturing and process operations, including direct experience with refineries or petrochemical facilities and the compliance implications of refinery processes.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure within one year of employment.
* Ability to work on local client sites daily and travel up to 50%.
* U.S. citizen.
Ideally, you'll also have:
* Master's degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or a closely related engineering/technical discipline.
* Environmental consulting experience with demonstrated expertise in multimedia environmental compliance, including RCRA, SPCC, stormwater permitting and SWPPP development, TRI/Tier II reporting, LDAR programs, environmental auditing and gap analyses, and compliance management system implementation (e.g., Enhesa).
* Experience interpreting stack testing and air dispersion modeling results and applying findings to permitting, reporting, and compliance strategies.
* Experience supporting environmental compliance and permitting for industrial operations, including chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, foundries and metals facilities, smelters, airports, and capital projects from permitting through operations.
