Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dynamic Facilities Project Manager in Southeast Houston.
Responsibilities- Coordinating and collaborating with general contractors to execute seamless facility build-outs and renovations.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and managing AutoCAD layouts and blueprints to ensure accurate space planning and design execution.
- Managing space allocations meticulously to optimize facility efficiency and workflow.
- Supporting various facility sites across the Southeast Houston area while managing project timelines effectively.
- A strong background in commercial construction, facility design, or a closely related field.
- Proven, hands‑on experience reviewing and working with AutoCAD layouts and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills to effectively liaise with general contractors and internal teams.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance plans available.
- Pay Rate
: $40.00 per hour - Hours & Schedule
:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Contract Duration
: 6 to 12‑month contract - Location / Travel Note
