  • Work closely with Project Managers to support projects through development, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones.
  • Identify technical risks early and develop practical solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers to integrate battery systems, power conversion systems, substations, and associated infrastructure.
  • Partner with civil, electrical, controls, interconnection, permitting, and construction teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Support equipment selection, procurement activities, and technical due diligence reviews.
  • Evaluate permitting requirements and recommend innovative design solutions that support project approvals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering processes, project execution, and technology deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and influence project teams in support of successful project outcomes.
