Precast Concrete Detailer

Job Description Aescit Corporation ("Aescit") is an industrial construction service provider, focused on delivering contractor solutions in the Oil & Gas, Power, Data, Chemical, and Manufacturing industries. Aescit is currently seeking a Precast Concrete Detailer with project expediting experience spanning a range of civil precast materials and rebar products / materials. Key Job Duties

• Plan, execute, and manage project schedules and material delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and manage material procurement, material and subcontractor service schedules, and resource plans.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and erection drawings for precast concrete components.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations.
• Revise drawings based on engineer or client comments.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and production personnel to resolve design issues.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, PCI standards, and project specifications.
• Support manufacturing and field installation by providing technical clarification when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Hands‑on project schedule and material specification digital documentation uploads.
• Logistics management, coordinate and monitor the progress of construction projects.
• Track and expedite the delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist inspections and quality management.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates.
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

• 5+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in mega‑project or large‑scale construction projects.
• Technical drafting and structural detailing.
• Proficiency with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD/BIM software.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforced concrete, and construction practices.
• Knowledge of PCI standards and applicable building codes.
• Experience in heavy commercial and industrial construction.
• Experience understanding precast concrete material structures, rebar, such as columns and manholes.
• Experience with the installation of underground utilities such as inlets and duct‑banks.
• Experience in the installation of rebar and structural steel.
• Ability to utilize various project management software, including Aconex Project Management; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.

• At‑home or office‑based with occasional visits to manufacturing plants, construction sites, or industrial facilities.
• Occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or respond to operational needs.

• $95K Annual Salary.
