CAD Technician - Land & Site Development

We are looking for a dedicated, focused, and career driven CAD Designer to join our team.

• Utilize AutoCAD skills in model/paper space environments, x-references, dynamic blocks, sheet set manager and other frequently used AutoCAD applications.
• Assist with preparation of drawing packages for various projects including:
  • Municipal projects: sanitary sewer collection, lift stations, water mains and roadway paving and drainage systems.
  • Land Development projects: single family subdivisions, public road and utility extensions, detention ponds.
  • Site Development projects: commercial and residential site developments, boundary, topographic and construction surveys.
• Works closely with project and task team leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years’ experience in Land Development, Municipal or Site Development Design.
• 3+ years’ experience using Auto Cad applications.
• Technical degree preferred.
