Stewart & Stevenson, LLC has two (2) full-time positions in Houston, Harris County, TX.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for diagnostics & repairs for low & medium electrical well stimulation voltage systems & equipment.
- Be responsible for diagnostics & repair of controls system failure using Digital multimeter (DMM), multi-functional electronic measuring instrument meters & diagnostic software including Electronic Technician (CAT-ET), Danfoss plus 1 service tool, SEL acSELerator Quickset software, Danfoss VLT software for drive configurators.
- Utilize thermo imaging cameras for heat imaging.
- Utilize sound meters to detect high and low variations in sounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or its equivalent & two (2) years of work experience as an Electrical/Controls Technician, Low & Medium Voltage.
- Work experience should include one (1) year of work with electronic test equipment including Digital multimeter, multi-functional electronic measuring instrument (DMM), thermo imaging cameras, & sound meters.
- 75% domestic travel required to project sites.
