As the Piping and Mechanical Equipment Estimator
, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work on Piping and Mechanical estimates in the following industries:
  • Advanced Power Generation (APG)
  • LNG/FLNG
  • Oil and Gas
  • Water/Wastewater
  • Process Industries
• Support development of complete proposal estimates by combining multi-discipline inputs for Piping and Mechanical Equipment scopes.
• Review design scopes, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze construction productivity.
• Develop estimate components including contingency, escalation, and cost reconciliation.
• Perform cross-project comparisons of scope, quantities, and costs.
• Prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data.
• Review designs/specifications for cost efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and related change management.

Individual Contributor

• 2-10 years of relevant experience.
• Field and/or Project experience.
• Knowledgeable Piping and/or Mechanical skillset.
• Project Field experience.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to manage workload in one or more projects.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Experience with estimating databases is a plus.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include a criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.

In accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state and reflect applicable office locations.

• State of Colorado: $87,989 - $132,011
• State of Minnesota: $83,990 - $126,011
