Apogee seeks a Preconstruction 3D Modeler in Houston, TX to support early‑phase design, estimating, and system development for complex facade and glazing projects using Rhino 3D. You will create accurate data-driven models to support quantity takeoffs, system comparisons, and pricing strategy during preconstruction.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, a 2-year Engineering Technology degree, and strong CAD/modeling skills across Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
