  • Developing and executing commissioning strategies, including systemization, procedures, schedules, and resource planning
  • Integrating commissioning activities into the overall project execution plan, ensuring alignment with engineering, procurement, and construction milestones
  • Establishing start-up sequencing, logic, and durations to support project schedule development and execution
  • Managing commissioning teams, vendor partners, and specialist resources, including oversight of FAT and SAT activities for critical systems
  • Providing technical leadership across key plant systems, including boilers, gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, instrumentation, and balance-of-plant infrastructure
  • Conducting and supporting performance analysis, including thermal efficiency, heat rate evaluation, and system optimization using engineering tools
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulatory requirements, supporting safe and compliant operations
  • Driving a strong safety culture throughout commissioning and start-up activities, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and field leadership
  • Validating operational readiness to ensure systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently prior to turnover to operations
  • Supporting cost control, capital planning, and performance optimization across commissioning and start-up phases
  • Coordinating closely with project management, construction, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and transition to operations
