Job Summary
TheCAD Drafter1willsupportNTS Engineering and process facilities with sustainableCADdrafting and drawing/design management activities, along with supportingengineeringproject needs across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Engineers and Salesmen to develop basic engineering plans and Sales drawings.
- Prepare drawings from rough sketches, notes, marked-up prints, written/verbal instructions with CAD, and other design software.
- Translate existing plans into NTS formats
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Basic knowledge of all NTS equipment.
- Proficient in researching the current state of CAD practice .
- Basic knowledge of the OSHA and applicable state and local requirements relative to Trench and Excavation Shoring and Shielding.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: associate/technical degree preferred.
- Minimum (1) one year's experience as a CAD drafter.
