An established, employee-focused engineering consultancy is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support the continued growth of its municipal water practice across Texas. Responsibilities- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
- Support business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the local water practice.
- Coordinate with internal technical specialists to develop innovative and practical engineering solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project management.
- Experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, treatment, conveyance, or utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and technical teams.
