Responsibilities- Reviews project survey requirements and participates in the development of a written plan for the execution of the activities needed to meet those requirements.
- Responsible for successfully carrying out project execution plans including managing the scope of work, maintaining and updating the project schedules, managing and updating project budgets and managing project personnel.
- Reviews survey data for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitors documentation control and filing systems to assure the ready storage and retrieval of project documents, records, and reports.
- Maintains close communications with the Project Manager, Survey Director and Client Representative to report survey progress, problems with and possible resolution to pertinent issues hampering project survey completion.
- Ensures the review of all survey personnel time and expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and approval.
- At project completion, supervises the preparation and submission, to the Survey Director / Client Representative, of the complete documentation for all survey activities performed into a project completion package.
- ABET accredited 4-year Survey Degree or Engineering Degree with accreditation in survey
- RPLS
- Minimum experience required is five-years licensed surveying experience with previous supervisory assignments
- Must have knowledge in Global Positioning Systems (GPS) survey methods, electronic data collection, the processes and computer programs necessary for survey data review and transfer to mapping

Physical Demands Position is primarily an office based role however, candidates must have the ability to walk several miles a day, sometimes in rough terrain, in order to supervise the activities in the field as needed.
Work Environment Indoor environment. However, due to the nature of Land Surveying activities from time to time candidate maybe asked to provide field support and must be able to perform job duties in a variety of terrain ranging from swamps to deserts to forests to mountains and extreme climates, including weather, ranging from
-10 degrees and snowing to 110 degrees desert heat. Will likely be exposed to a variety of plants (poison ivy, oak, and sumac) and creatures such as bears, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife.

Compensation:
In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation:
Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
