The role combines management with hands-on design, overseeing 5–10 onshore projects (brownfield with some greenfield) and coordinating with PMs on staffing, schedules, and deliverables.
The candidate will review RFPs, develop man-hour estimates, manage change orders, and ensure quality across projects while growing the team over time.
