Halff is seeking a Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer with Texas PE to join our Water/Wastewater Utilities team as Project Manager in our Houston, The Woodlands, or Austin offices. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PM experience in large-diameter Water/Wastewater pipelines and a PE license in TX.
You will lead planning through delivery, manage scopes and budgets, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and mentor engineers, fostering growth and client satisfaction across projects.
