As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead municipal and infrastructure projects with a focus on transportation, drainage, and water resources. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions, mentoring team members, and contributing to the mission of reliability and excellence.

Develop and design road infrastructure projects, including highways, freeways, and local roads, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Prepare technical reports, contract documents, and project specifications.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing road conditions and identify potential risks and challenges.

Analyze data to determine the most cost-effective and sustainable road design solutions.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Manage the design of water resources systems, including stormwater management, drainage networks, and water distribution systems.

Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analysis to ensure proper water flow and management.

Utilize software and technology to create models and simulations to aid in the design process.

Review and approve construction plans and drawings.

Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years focused on road design and water resources.

Knowledge and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HEC-RAS.Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
