INC Technician
INC Technician with experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and programming control systems in data center or industrial environments. This role supports large capital projects, works closely with engineering and operations teams, and ensures control systems operate safely and reliably.
Key Responsibilities- Commission and troubleshoot control systems, PLCs, HMIs, BAS, and SCADA systems.
- Perform system assessments, job walks, I/O checkouts, and root cause analysis.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and engineering documents.
- Work with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues and meet project goals.
- Train suppliers and manage access within commissioning software platforms.
- Support large construction and commissioning projects and provide technical reports and project updates.
- 3+ years of control systems experience in a data center, industrial, or similar environment.
- 2+ years of commissioning or construction experience with instrumentation & controls (I&C) or electrical systems.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation PLCs, including PLC-5 and Control Logix.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, commissioning, SCADA, and Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
- Experience performing I/O checkout and field device verification.
- Understanding of control system architecture, networking, instrumentation, and SCADA.
- Onsite in New Albany Ohio
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Data center and advanced industrial facility environment
- Per diem provided

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
